At Scooter Pros Boston, we value your time and our technicians’ schedules. To keep our service efficient, fair, and available to all clients, we have a simple rescheduling and late cancellation policy.
1. Rescheduling & Cancellation Window
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time at no charge.
If you cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment, a $25 late cancellation/rescheduling fee will apply.
2. Why This Fee Exists
Our technicians travel to your location and reserve time specifically for your service.
Short-notice cancellations prevent other clients from booking and result in lost time, travel, and labor.
The $25 fee covers administrative costs and technician travel time. It is reasonable and justified for protecting scheduling efficiency and service availability year-round, not just during high-demand months.
3. Payment of Late Cancellation Fees
Late cancellation fees are billed via invoice sent by email, text, or mail.
Payment is due by the date listed on the invoice.
If payment is not received after two follow-up notices, Scooter Pros Boston reserves the right to submit the unpaid fee to a debt collection service in accordance with Massachusetts law.
4. How to Avoid the Fee
Reschedule or cancel at least 2 hours before your appointment.
Communicate your cancellation or rescheduling via phone, text, or email to ensure it is received.
