By scheduling a service appointment through the Scooter Pros website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appointment Booking

  • When you book a service online, you will be contacted by our team to confirm your requested date, location, and service details.

  • Booking the service does not initiate any charges. Payment is due only after the service is completed at your location.

2. Service Pricing

  • The base price shown during booking reflects the starting rate (e.g., $90 for tire service) and may vary depending on the scope of service discussed during confirmation.

  • Final pricing will be clearly explained before any work is done. A full invoice will be presented and payment is due on-site once service is completed.

3. No Upfront Payments

  • We do not collect payment online. You will never be asked to provide or submit any payment or credit card information on our website.

  • All payments are processed directly by our service technicians at the time of service completion.

4. Parts and Add-Ons

  • If additional parts or upgrades are required (e.g., replacement tires, battery, or performance parts), these will be discussed with you during the service.

  • Any additional costs will be clearly communicated and approved by you before proceeding.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We understand life happens and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

6. Service Area

  • We currently serve Boston, Brockton, and key cities in Suffolk, Norfolk, and Middlesex Counties. If you're unsure whether you're in our service area, feel free to reach out before booking. [Service Area}
