Scooter Pros
By scheduling a service appointment through the Scooter Pros website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Appointment Booking
When you book a service online, you will be contacted by our team to confirm the requested date, service location, and service details.
Booking an appointment does not initiate any charges. Payment is due only after the service has been completed at your location.
2. Service Pricing
The base price shown during booking reflects a starting rate and may vary depending on the confirmed scope of work.
Final pricing will be clearly explained and approved before any work begins. A full invoice will be provided, and payment is due on-site immediately upon service completion.
3. No Upfront Payments
Scooter Pros does not collect payment online. You will never be asked to submit payment or credit card information through the website.
All payments are processed directly with the service technician at the time of completed service.
4. Parts and Add-Ons
If additional parts, repairs, or upgrades are required, they will be discussed and approved prior to installation.
Scooter Pros is not responsible for delays or complications caused by unavailable, defective, or customer-supplied parts.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Cancellation Fees
Cancellations or rescheduling are permitted up to 6 hours before the originally scheduled service time and must be communicated via text message, phone call, or email.
If a client cancels a service, declines work, or requests termination of service after a technician has arrived at the service address and remained on-site for more than 10 minutes, a cancellation of service fee equal to 30% of the selected service total will be charged.
This fee covers technician travel time, scheduling loss, and reserved labor availability.
6. Weather & Safety Conditions
Scooter Pros reserves the right to delay, pause, or reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions or hazardous working environments. This includes, but is not limited to, heavy rain, snow, ice, extreme cold or heat, poor lighting, unsafe surfaces, or conditions that pose a risk to the technician, client, or equipment.
No cancellation penalties will be applied when services are rescheduled by Scooter Pros for safety-related reasons.
7. Liability Limitation
Scooter Pros is not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, electrical issues, aftermarket modifications, or prior improper repairs.
By authorizing service, the client acknowledges that older or modified scooters may experience unforeseen issues during or after service. Scooter Pros is not liable for component failure unrelated to the specific service performed.
8. Receipts & Invoices
All clients will be provided with a receipt and invoice for services rendered. Documentation may be issued digitally or in physical form.

Cash App is not accepted as of 02/06/2026.
10. Service Area
Scooter Pros currently services Greater Boston and select cities within Suffolk County, Norfolk County, and Middlesex County. Service availability is subject to confirmation.
11. Agreement to Terms
By booking a service appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
